Microtunneling Operator

DM Civil is seeking an experienced microtunneling operator/supervisor to expand our trenchless technology operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating TBM/slurry microtunneling machines.

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Have a minimum 3 years of experience in microtunneling;
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of task sequencing for trenchless procedures;
• Exhibit initiative and a positive attitude, with a commitment to continuous improvement through training and development;
• Hold a blue/white safety card and a current HR driver's license.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience in civil construction, pipeline construction, or other horizontal boring techniques;
• A Certificate III in Civil Construction (Trenchless Technology);
• Supervisory or leadership qualifications;
• Confined space and working at heights tickets;
• A high-risk dogging ticket.
