Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to join our team in the delivery of residential projects in the Shepparton region of VIC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for running the entire lifecycle of the build from early works through to lock up, managing day-to-day construction process and leading and managing a team of qualified subcontractors.

The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for keeping regular contact with clients, liaising with externally trades, labour, and supply-chain, and ensuring that all projects are completed to a high standard.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for the position of Site Supervisor, you will require:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Foreman/Supervisor in the residential construction market
  • Previous experience in Medium Density is highly regarded
  • Relevant trade qualifications - carpentry or building ideally
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple sites
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Must have a valid drivers licence
