You'll be someone who is empathetic and has previous experience working in an aged care home. You'll also have:

  • A genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.
  • Leadership experience in clinical care settings.
  • A nursing degree and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Strong documentation skills and knowledge of the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI).
