The role of Strategic HR Advisor for Education Equity requires an individual with exceptional HR skills and experience in delivering high-quality advice and support to drive business outcomes. As a key member of our HR team, you will work closely with our Human Resources Business Partner and other stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our organisational goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert HR advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and recruitment
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborating with the HR team to deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Conducting data analysis to inform HR decisions and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote our organisation's values and mission

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in HR operations, preferably in a generalist role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $85,000 - $105,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits. Our organisation is committed to diversity and inclusion, and we encourage applications from people of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander descent.

This is a permanent full-time position based in Sydney CBD, with hybrid working arrangements (3 days per week).
