Job Summary

We are seeking a Seasonal Retail Ambassador to support our store teams across Festive Season 2024. As a key member of our team, you will embody our desire to engage, listen, and guide customers to products that are relevant to them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming customers into our spaces and through intentional interactions deepen the way our products are experienced.
  • Ensuring our store teams are supported to meet the needs of our many customers.
  • Processing sales and keeping stock levels adequately maintained and exceptionally presented.

Requirements

  • The ability to communicate with warmth, curiosity, and sincerity.
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • No prior retail experience necessary, but ideally you will have some experience within a customer service role or environment.
  • An interest to learn product knowledge.
  • Flexible and open availability throughout October – February.

About You

We are seeking a flexible candidate with passion for retail who has full availability across this time, including late-night and weekend trading hours. This operates on an on-site working pattern.
