We are currently seeking a skilled retail sales professional to fill this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities include:

  • Builidng strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional customer service
  • Selling and maintaining a large range of products, working closely with a team
  • Achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Continuously developing skills through training and research of products, applying knowledge to assemble, maintain and fix products sold
  • Being flexible with hours to meet customer needs while maintaining store standards
  • Assisting management with operational tasks

Requirements:

  • At least 12 months experience in retail customer service and sales
  • Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and passion for business growth
  • Organised and structured individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is a team player
  • Proactive problem solver and product assembler
  • Capable of heavy lifting in physically demanding environments
