Key Responsibilities:">

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Purchasing Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining standards within loading dock and stores operations, working closely with the Purchasing Manager and Stores person.

The ideal candidate will have strong all-round experience in customer relations, food hygiene, food and beverage product knowledge, and communication. Experience in ordering large volumes of food and beverages, ensuring invoices are received for goods purchased, organizing and performing monthly stock takes, analyzing and comparing against usage, accepting and checking deliveries, and organizing and delivering internal requisitions would be advantageous.

The Purchasing Officer will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores and loading dock areas. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.
