Service Management Role

This is a key position in our organization responsible for overseeing local service delivery to ensure all service level agreements are met. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, and demonstrate resilience in delivering high-quality support on a daily basis.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the delivery of local services to guarantee compliance with service level agreements.
  • Provide IT training and briefings to new staff members on system overview.
  • Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders within the prison and customer sectors.
  • Coordinate the IT response to critical incidents and serve as the primary point of contact.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarity with Google Administration.
  • Ability to thrive in a challenging environment.
