Empower Independence in Our Elderly Clients

As a Community Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting our aged care clients to live at home independently for as long as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake general household tasks such as cleaning the bathroom and kitchen, changing beds and washing
  • Provide transport to appointments and shopping
  • Prepare meals for our clients
  • Offer social support or respite for family/carers
  • Assist with personal care including showering and dressing if qualified/fully trained
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
  • Ability to interact comfortably with a wide variety of people
  • Reliability and teamwork skills
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety
  • Current Australian driver's licence and access to an insured motor vehicle
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (optional traineeship program available)
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check
