The apprenticeship spans 4 years, combining practical training, assessments, and eLearning modules accessible on any device.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily objectives
  • Complete specialized training tailored to Tesla's requirements
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of Tesla products, body repair systems, processes, and procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment
  • Accurately record time, expenses, and materials used
  • Perform basic body repair paint work under supervision, developing essential skills
  • Ensure vehicles and the repair center are kept immaculate
Requirements:
  • Completion of Year 12 education
  • Eligibility for training through MITO
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficient English language skills
