An exciting role has become available for a Legal Counsel to provide advice on legal issues relating to contract, commercial and intellectual property law matters.

The successful applicant will work within a busy, hardworking and collaborative legal team, providing timely, high-quality legal advice to executive management and key decision makers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing legal advice on a wide range of matters, including contract, commercial and intellectual property law.
  • Drafting legal documents and handling complex legal issues.
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve quality and timely client service.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial, contract and intellectual property law, with strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.

The University is seeking a flexible and adaptable individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet competing deadlines.
