Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the creation, administration, and management of rosters for our field employees, ensuring that client services are covered by employees with the appropriate skill levels to achieve the highest standards of client care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate client rosters, ensuring that client services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Deliver best practice scheduling, preparing long-term rosters for clients and field staff in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor and ensure that all shifts have been delivered for field staff.
  • Action and document phone calls and/or communication relating to scheduling, including sick calls, rostering issues, change requests, and client enquiries.

Requirements

  • Experience in a scheduling/rostering role, preferably in a healthcare or social care setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Procura, or similar scheduling software.
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, field staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both within a team and autonomously, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client care.
  • The right to work in Australia, with a valid National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain.
  • Proof of Covid Vaccination.
