Job Title: Automotive Business Development Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Business Development Manager to join our team in the Caboolture area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building effective relationships with our trade customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet those needs. You will identify opportunities to grow our customers' business with us and achieve sales budgets through proactive and innovative approaches.

You will also attend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions, as well as liaise and build relationships with customers and company stakeholders.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a passion for all things automotive and wants to take their sales skills to the next level.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in business or account management across parts and equipment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • A valid Australian driver's licence
