Digital Service Associate

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Digital Service Associate to play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer experiences.
Digital customer service is a core aspect of this position, where you will engage with customers via an iPad on the Vic Roads app and resolve their queries in a timely manner.
- Be the initial point of contact, greeting all customers and directing them to relevant services
- Respond to a wide range of customer inquiries, including licence processing and fees/transactions
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced face-to-face environment
This is a temporary ongoing contract that offers competitive pay + super and comprehensive training with ongoing support.
Requirements:- Be tech-savvy and able to assist customers with an iPad
- Display motivation to work in a fast-paced Customer Service environment and show genuine interest in resolving customer enquiries
- Be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
- Exhibit a professional, enthusiastic, and courteous demeanor, along with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Previous and relevant customer service experience is a must
