Job Title: Aquatic Program Manager

Job Description

The role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to manage the daily operations of aquatic programs across leisure and aquatic centres.

This is a temporary full-time opportunity within a supportive team where you will lead a community-focused, high-impact aquatic program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily operations of aquatic programs
  • Supervise staff to ensure quality and safety
  • Maintain records, systems, and customer information
  • Support program development and recruitment
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Austswim or Swim Australia qualification in Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety
  • Senior First Aid Certificate and current CPR
  • Working with Children Check and Class C Driver's Licence
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering large-scale swim programs
