About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at C&K QUT Kelvin Grove. As a key member of our Centre, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment for children, their families, and our wider community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of daily activities, including music, drama, literature, and visual arts, as well as outdoor learning experiences.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and developing strategies to support their growth and development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development in children.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
