At PRP Diagnostic Imaging, we are excited to offer a part-time permanent opportunity for a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Sonographer in our Bathurst practice.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sonographer to join our team. As a Diagnostic Imaging Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound examinations, liaising closely with doctors and other medical professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes. You will also provide exceptional customer service, communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external stakeholders, and work collaboratively with our team to deliver superior reports.

Requirements

  • A qualification in Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound and current accreditation with the Australian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR)
  • Core competency in either General, Small parts, or MSK
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external stakeholders
  • A caring and respectful attitude towards our patients
  • Commitment to excellence
  • The capacity to balance workload to ensure timely patient care
