Product Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary Product Designer to spearhead the design of our products, driving business outcomes that meet customer needs.
- The ideal candidate will have more than 7 years of experience in UX or product design, with a proven track record of owning end-to-end design execution and evolution.
- This role requires collaboration across multiple teams, leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision-making.
- A strong design culture is essential for success, with a focus on placing customers at the center of all work.
To succeed in this position, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to align stakeholders around your vision, and have a passion for elevating others' work.
Circle's products enable businesses to interact with currency, treasury, and payments solutions in new and innovative ways. As a Lead Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping these experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving an understanding of customer needs in the rapidly changing crypto and blockchain problem space.
- Prioritizing customer needs with product and engineering partners.
- Collaborating with multiple teams to drive early alignment around problem spaces and potential solutions.
- Leveraging data to inform both individual and stakeholder decision-making.
The successful candidate will contribute to a growing design team, helping establish best practices and processes as we scale.
