Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team at a leading childcare centre. This is a full-time opportunity to work with children aged 2.5-5 years, promoting their learning and development in a play-based environment.

About the Role
  • Implement programming that leads to successful learning outcomes for children, working closely with the Room Leader.
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and other professionals.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with families and communities to achieve quality learning outcomes.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment, working constructively with colleagues.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality documentation and teaching methods.
Requirements
  • A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
  • A current Working with Children's Check.
  • Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willingness to obtain.
  • Understanding and knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
What We Offer

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary, estimated to be around $65,000-$70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
