- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (with comprehensive insurance).
- Willingness to travel to clients' homes within specified service locations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
