As a Dental Care Professional, you will play a vital role in our dental team, providing exceptional patient care and chairside assistance in various dental procedures.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards of patient care and teamwork. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic are essential for this position.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing all aspects of chairside dental assistance to our Dentists
  • Delivering exceptional dental care and customer service
  • Instrument reprocessing and sterilisation procedures
  • Advising patients on their care
  • Maintaining professional working relationships with team members, patients, and medical staff
  • Complying with organisational policies and procedures
  • Answering telephone calls and enquiries
  • Booking patients
  • Administration support

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous chairside dental experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive can-do attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Cert III in Dental Assisting and/or three or more years' dental assisting experience preferred
