About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ECEC Trainer and Assessor to join our team in Melbourne.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training programs, assessing student performance, and contributing to the development of our curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
The ECEC Trainer and Assessor will be responsible for:
- Designing and delivering engaging training programs that meet the needs of our students
- Conducting assessments and providing feedback to students
- Developing and implementing training materials and resources
- Participating in assessment validation and moderation
- Collaborating with colleagues to improve training and assessment practices
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong passion for the Early Childhood Education and Care sector
- Experience in teaching or training, preferably in the ECEC sector
- A relevant vocational qualification, such as a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Education (ECEC)
- A current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or higher
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
