Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate audiologist to join our clinic in Australia. As a clinical audiologist, you will be part of a dynamic team with a global company at the forefront of innovation in the hearing industry.

  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct assessments and diagnose client hearing loss using a range of techniques, including audiometric tests.
  • Reporting Results: Report assessment results in writing and make referrals to medical practitioners.
  • Solution Recommendation: Recommend solutions for clients with hearing impairment, including amplification, implantable devices, medical interventions and assistive listening devices, and provide aural rehabilitation programs.
  • Counselling and Advice: Provide counselling, advice and information to clients and families as part of overall treatment.
  • Noise Control and Hearing Conservation: Assist with the development and management of noise control and hearing conservation strategies.
  • Treatment and Management: Provide treatment and management of hearing and communication disorders that may be age-related, part of a disability, or acquired as a result of injury or disease.
Requirements
  • Audiology qualification or audiology equivalent
  • Full membership of relevant professional association and current practitioner number
  • Strong audiological skills and knowledge
  • Excellent customer care and service skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience
  • Ability to learn and understand new software with training
  • Proven ability to achieve key performance indicators
  • Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Good team working skills
  • Ability to network with general practitioners and other allied health professionals
  • The right to live and work in Australia
