Marketing Coordinator Role

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our marketing manager and specialists.

This role is ideal for someone who has recently commenced their marketing career and wants to learn and develop their skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-level assistance to the marketing manager and specialists
  • Supporting the coordination of both internal and external strategies, events, and sponsorships
  • Managing a diverse range of administrative tasks such as invoicing and reporting
  • Attending local marketing activations and events
  • Assisting with company internal communications
  • Assisting with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other creative software; with an interest in design
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
  • A positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Degree or Certificate in Marketing/Communications or related discipline
