Key Responsibilities- Establish strong working relationships with Executives to identify and support communications and engagement opportunities.
- Implement our Internal Communications Strategy to foster a connected and informed workforce.
- Manage our Viva Engage Channel and contribute to its ongoing success.
- Identify and pursue news stories that promote RAA as an employer of choice.
- Engage across multiple worksites and digital platforms.
- Oversee the relaunch of our intranet.
You will be a confident, passionate, and self-motivated individual with a strong background in communications, public relations, or journalism.
You will have extensive experience in writing and communications planning for Executives, as well as knowledge of employee communication tools and best practice intranet platforms.
You will be able to communicate complex topics and concepts to audiences of varying knowledge levels, both verbally and in writing.
