Building Inspector Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Building Inspector to join our team. As a Building Assessor, you will be responsible for collecting data on mechanical and electrical building systems, fixtures, and building fabrics across various facilities in Victoria.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and record data on relevant building systems, fixtures, and building fabrics">
  • Provide thorough and accurate data capture">
  • Craft detailed reports for assessments when required">
  • Engage with the team to maintain accuracy and verify data capture quality">

Requirements:

  • Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid Victorian driver's license">
  • Current Employee Working with Children Check or ability to obtain one">
  • National Police Check, White Card, and proof of Covid-19 vaccination">
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to capture high-quality data">
  • Proficient use of smartphones, laptops, tablets, and cameras">
  • Professional demeanour and capability to work autonomously or as part of a team">
  • Appropriate level of physical fitness">
  • Valid work rights in Australia and availability to work full-time hours">

What You Will Need

As a Building Inspector, you will require access to a reliable vehicle, a valid Victorian driver's license, and the ability to travel. You must also hold a current Employee Working with Children Check or be able to obtain one, as well as a National Police Check, White Card, and proof of Covid-19 vaccination.
