Hospitality Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled Casual Front of House Attendant to join our team at St Hugo in the picturesque Barossa Valley.

This Australian Good Food Guide 2-hatted restaurant, located at Rowland Flat in the heart of Australia's premier wine region, just over an hour's drive from Adelaide, offers a unique food and wine experience.

You will add value to the team by:

• Delivering memorable food and wine experiences at the home of St Hugo.
• Providing top-notch restaurant service with a focus on tailoring your approach to meet customer needs.
• Actively promoting our iconic brands and their stories.
• Maintaining a high level of motivation and enthusiasm for development opportunities.

Your ideal blend of skills and qualities

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• A minimum of customer service experience, preferably in a restaurant environment.
• An impressive blend of entrepreneurial spirit, mutual trust, and commitment to ethical standards.
• A genuine passion for interacting with visitors to ensure they have a positive experience.
• Certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol.
• The ability to work a flexible roster, including occasional evenings.
