Agronomic Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Agronomist to provide onsite technical support and recommendations to strengthen clients' businesses in the North Midlands area.

The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on long-term sustainability and productivity. They will work closely with branch staff to promote upskilling and product knowledge, ensuring clients receive the best advice and solutions.

• Provide technical agronomic support to clients, identifying opportunities to enhance their business operations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve allocated financial objectives and contribute to product forecasting and inventory management.
• Promote and deliver agronomic training programs to develop staff skills and knowledge.
• Develop professional relationships with targeted groups of existing and new clients, identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities.
• Lead and mentor the rural products team to drive business success and customer satisfaction.
