Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Provide ongoing education and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Minimum of 3 years of local experience at the NUM level or in a similar role
- Compliance with ACSQHC National Standards
- Strong commitment to professional development in a management capacity
- Proficient in computer use, including MS Office and various databases
