We are seeking a proactive specialist to drive the embedment and continuous improvement of the Group Accountability Framework and other uplifts being developed through RACQ's Risk Transformation Program.

This role will lead compliance efforts with regulatory requirements while promoting accountability, transparency, and ethical conduct across the organization.

About the Role
  • Establishing and leading a Community of Practice with risk and compliance teams.
  • Oversight, assurance and administration to support compliance with relevant legislation and regulation.
  • Designing, implementing, testing and reporting on effective controls assurance and governance frameworks.
  • Oversight and guidance of process modelling and management for processes that support critical operations.
  • Reviewing and uplifting frameworks, policies, procedures and supporting materials.

About You

You are a results-driven professional with extensive experience in designing, implementing, testing, and reporting on effective controls assurance and governance frameworks. You possess exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in business, law, risk management or ESG.
  • Expertise in risk management, legal, compliance, controls assurance, and governance.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial services regulations and corporate governance.
  • Sharp analytical skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
