About the Role

This key role reports to the GM - Property and is responsible for delivering new store/new site projects on time. You'll own the national roll-out program and all property projects from lease signing to opening.

A typical day might include:

  • Managing contractors in build programs
  • Inspecting new sites
  • Reviewing working drawings
  • Meeting with architects and engineers
  • Leading project meetings with internal stakeholders
  • Presenting to senior leadership
  • Reviewing project progress

We're looking for someone with experience in project management, preferably in retail or hospitality. A mix of the following skills would be beneficial:

  • Experience in new store/site openings, construction management, and shopfitting programs
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Strategic thinking and attention to detail
  • Cross-functional engagement and stakeholder management
  • Commercially savvy and cost conscious
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
