About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to join our high-performing Enterprise Delivery Change Management team. As a Change Manager, you will create and execute change management plans to support our stakeholders through ongoing change.

This role will be responsible for supporting a Privacy Act Reform program, which will result in multiple process and system changes across the organisation. You will have experience supporting large-scale regulatory or risk projects and working within an Agile delivery environment.

You will utilise your strong communication and change management skills to engage with stakeholders, particularly senior stakeholders, and coach teams to ensure changes are embedded. You will also use innovation and resilience to deliver effective change management outcomes in uncertain or ambiguous situations.

A demonstrated ability to deliver Change and Communications activities in Financial Services, such as Insurance or Banking, is highly desirable. You will also have the ability to understand how changes impact an end-to-end system of work or value chain.

You will join a supportive and highly performing Change team who care about our team's development and wellbeing. You will also be part of a wider Enterprise Change Management Community of Practice where ideas and best practice are shared.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute 'fit-for-purpose' change, learning, and communications plans using existing Organisational Change Management frameworks and tools.
  • Manage and execute change activities across multiple initiatives, streams, or squads.
  • Ensure learning is designed and delivered appropriately for capability gaps identified.
  • Design, develop, and implement change management deliverables.
  • Provide communications to key stakeholders to drive a clear narrative across all aspects of delivery.
  • Coach and support business SMEs and Product Owners within Agile squads to ensure successful delivery of change activities and artefacts.
About You:
  • 5+ years of project and people engagement related change management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver Change, Communications, and Learning activities for large-scale regulatory or risk projects.
  • Experience working closely with Risk and Compliance teams and Business SMEs to understand changes required and translate into easily understood business language.
  • Ability to understand how changes impact an end-to-end system of work or value chain.
  • Confident in your ability to work autonomously and maintain a performance and outcome-focused outlook for your own change management deliverables.
  • A team player who assists others, shares knowledge, and strengths, taking ownership of team goals.
  • Able to utilise the Change Management Framework and templates as required.
  • Collaborative and seeks continuous improvement in your own capability.
