SAP Payroll Expertise Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned SAP payroll professional to join our team in Sydney. As a SAP ECP Payroll Specialist Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and configuring SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and implement SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll solutions for various clients
  • Deliver end-to-end implementation projects across different industries
  • Facilitate payroll design workshops and gather complex requirements from clients
  • Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation, including STP and superannuation
  • Provide ongoing post-go-live support to clients and maintain quality and governance across deliverables
  • Mentor junior consultants and share technical knowledge
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll configuration
  • Strong understanding of payroll rules, schemas, and legislative compliance in Australia
  • Proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale payroll projects
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is desirable
  • Experience in configuring Time Evaluation and Current Employment is also desirable
  • Ability to lead solution design and run client workshops effectively
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Licence to work in Australia
