Job Overview

The Site Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering day-to-day operational leadership at the North Shore and Oyster Cove sites. Reporting to the Site Manager, this position oversees despatch operations to meet delivery targets, ensuring safe and timely product delivery to customers.

This is an opportunity to utilize business ERP software for despatch and maintenance planning, as well as leverage your knowledge of SAP or similar programs. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

  • Lead despatch operations to achieve DIFOT targets at North Shore and Oyster Cove.
  • Maintain site environmental and housekeeping standards.
  • Utilize business ERP software for despatch and maintenance planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Commitment to positively contributing to a safe and inclusive culture.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar programs (despatch and maintenance modules).
  • Operational leadership experience within manufacturing or logistics.
  • Permit to Work and JSA experience.
