About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled VMware Engineer to join our Virtualization Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch technical support for a broad spectrum of VMware products, including vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and vSAN.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage storage and networking resources within our virtualized environments to ensure maximum performance.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize our VMware setup to maintain a high-performance and highly available environment.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to boost system reliability and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in VMware administration and engineering (vSphere 7+, ESXi, vCenter, vSAN etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of hardware virtualization technologies, specifically VMware vSphere version 7+, VSAN, and vRealize Operations Manager
  • Experience supporting multiple hardware models (Dell, HPe)
  • Strong knowledge of VMware metro-clusters and storage replication technology
  • Proficiency with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash etc.)
  • Beneficial to have DevOps tools experience and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools experience like Terraform or Ansible
