Job Title

Achieve sales goals by executing promotional and event calendars in-store. Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service by educating customers on the brand and products.


Key Responsibilities
  • Review weekly sales with manager and discuss additional strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Demonstrate products on customers and explain the benefits of each product.
  • Develop personal relationships with customers to gain loyalty.
  • Participate in in-store events to drive business.
  • Ensure the retail space is merchandised and kept clean and tidy at all times.

Requirements
  • Proven retail experience within the cosmetics industry.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of products and a passion for the beauty industry.
  • Excellent makeup and artistry skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management.
  • Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
