Qualified Educator Opportunity

Seeking dedicated and qualified Educators to provide nurturing environments and quality programs for children.

About the Role

This is a permanent, part-time opportunity working 3 days per week (Monday, Thursday, Friday) for 6.5 hours per day.

As an Educator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs that cater to the individual needs and interests of our children.

We work in partnership with families and the local community to ensure children feel safe, supported and secure as they develop positive self-esteem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children
  • Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
  • Contribute to policy development and implementation
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements
  • Diploma Qualified in Early Childhood Education/Children's Services
  • Experience as a senior educator or room leader
  • Understanding of National Quality Framework and ELYF

  • Strong interpersonal skills
