  • Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs, while attending to general reception duties with attention to detail.
  • Maintain the highest standards of customer service at all times, responding promptly to resident or guest queries.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve any issues reported by guests.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite and booking software.
  • A passion for the tourism industry, coupled with strong sales abilities.
  • A team player with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
