We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Representative to join our team at Peter Warren Automotive.

As a Client Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests receive unparalleled customer service and resolution to their vehicle needs. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers will be essential in delivering positive first impressions and meeting customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a related field, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. A strong focus on customer satisfaction, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for this role.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, handling customer concerns and complaints, and maintaining regular contact with customers to provide updates on their vehicle maintenance. Additionally, you will be required to communicate effectively with internal department teams to ensure timely completion of vehicles and meet customer promises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to clients in person
  • Building and maintaining positive customer and employee relationships
  • Maintaining regular contact with customers to provide updates

  • Handling customer concerns and complaints with prompt solution-based outcomes
  • Offering accurate estimates for customers requiring additional work or repairs
  • Being a champion of objections and providing positive outcomes
  • Ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
