Holiday Season Event Staff Wanted

We specialise in creating customised promotional services and are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and creative individuals to help make Christmas magical for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers, explaining the details of the spend-to-win promotion and encouraging participation.
  • Prize Distribution: Responsible for overseeing the spin-the-wheel or draw process, ensuring fairness and managing the distribution of prizes efficiently and enthusiastically.
  • Promotion Management: Monitor entries to ensure customers meet the minimum spending requirements, verify receipts, and manage prize inventories.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent the brand with a professional, friendly demeanor, ensuring all customer interactions reflect the joyful, festive spirit of the season.
  • Crowd Control: Maintain a smooth flow of participants, manage queues, and ensure all customers have a positive experience without feeling rushed or frustrated.
Requirements:
  • A full-time role, working during peak holiday periods, requiring high energy levels and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Organisational and time management skills are crucial, as this role involves juggling multiple tasks simultaneously, such as prize distribution, customer engagement, and crowd control.
  • Teamwork is essential, with the ability to collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a calm and composed demeanour under pressure.
  • Able to learn quickly, taking on new responsibilities and adapting to changing circumstances.
