Job Opportunity: Lead a Team in Karratha

As a supermarket store manager in Karratha, you will have the opportunity to lead and motivate a team of over 50 employees. Your strong leadership skills and ability to cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be essential in driving business growth and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of over 50 employees to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business goals
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and community groups
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that supports employee engagement and well-being

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a supermarket environment
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
