About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Haynes Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately matching client labour requirements with appropriately skilled Haynes personnel.

Your principal accountabilities will include:

  • Collaborating with customers to identify sourcing needs and matching them with our skilled personnel
  • Building and maintaining a top talent pool of candidates through industry networking and ensuring our candidate database is up-to-date
  • Managing the entire recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding candidates, and maintaining relationships between candidates, clients, and Haynes
  • Temporary and Permanent recruitment, as well as talent pooling of candidates
  • Verifying candidate qualifications, working rights, and other essential information

We look for individuals with:

  • A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency
  • Previous experience in a similar Labour Hire or Recruitment role (preferred, not essential)
  • A high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong time management skills
  • Experience with computer systems and programs, including Microsoft Office
