Role Overview

The Activation Coordinator role plays a pivotal part in delivering top-tier media campaigns for clients. Key responsibilities include ensuring seamless asset delivery, collaborating with creative agencies and media owners, and verifying ad placements run as scheduled.

Additionally, this role involves learning to purchase and track TV campaigns, monitoring digital media performance, and communicating results to the broader team and/or clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pull specs together and liaise with creative agencies and media owners for smooth delivery of all assets.
  • Verify that all ad placements run as booked, gathering evidence and documenting this, and liaising with internal teams and publishers.
  • Learn to buy and track TV campaigns.
  • Monitor digital media performance with support and communicate delivery to the broader team and/or clients.
  • Work with internal and external teams to ensure all campaigns are trafficked and tracking in line with campaign parameters.
  • Assist in delivering media responses that achieve the best client outcomes, in conjunction with the activation team.
  • Work directly with media partners from brief to implementation depending on medium and campaign scale.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with media partners.
Requirements
  • Basic understanding of the Australian media landscape.
  • Experience across Office platforms: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Capacity to develop strong relationships with internal teams, media partners, and clients.
  • Curious with a willingness for continuous learning and progression.
  • Attention to detail that is second to none.
  • Strong planning and project/time management skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
