Senior Lending Specialist

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Lending Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Premier Banking team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and helping customers achieve their financial goals.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage client relationships and provide premium banking experiences to our top 1% Home Lending customers. You'll also have the opportunity to work with our Home Lending team, exercising your high-performance energy and driving results.

  • You'll need to showcase your relationship-building skills and provide tailored solutions to meet our customers' needs.
  • You'll be responsible for leading by example within a growing team and division, demonstrating charisma, drive, ambition, and a genuine desire to help customers succeed.
  • You'll also need to possess exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management experience, as well as a passion for community engagement and networking.
