Our team is responsible for ensuring all inventory requests are dealt with in a timely manner. The primary objective is to ensure that all hotel and internal inventory requests are addressed as efficiently and courteously as possible, with the business and customer in mind, to achieve the best outcome for all parties.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Action all internal and partner inventory requests within Service Level Agreements (SLA) while considering revenue impacts and maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Ensure team members meet quality and productivity Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by monitoring workload/queues and delivering tasks within SLA and business objectives.
  • Adhere to Luxury Escapes policies, processes, and quality standards.
  • Support and implement continuous improvement initiatives regarding documentation, processes, and workflow while liaising with technology, commercial, and customer experience teams for improvements and rollouts.
  • Oversee the workload of all team members, identify bottlenecks or overloads, and troubleshoot accordingly.
  • Support Revenue Management by proactively identifying, communicating, securing, and actioning inventory opportunities to drive incremental campaign revenue.
  • Work closely with Commercial and Customer Experience to resolve issues in a timely manner and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support Revenue Management with in-campaign inventory reporting.
  • Inventory management of live campaigns to maximize revenue opportunities, including executing and overseeing ongoing adjustments for the life of open calendar bookings.
