Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

Our organization is seeking a dynamic professional to fill the role of Rehabilitation Consultant.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology and be passionate about delivering occupational rehabilitation services.
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with clients with various physical and psychological conditions, supporting them in achieving return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing client caseloads and collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop individualized plans;
- Providing expert advice on injury prevention and workplace education programs;
- Working closely with employers and employees to implement effective health and safety initiatives;
- Conducting assessments and providing recommendations to support clients' health, work, and life goals;
- Delivering high-quality injury prevention and management consultancy services, including training and education programs.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology;
- Current professional registration or accreditation;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Compassion, empathy, and a customer-focused approach;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills;
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also required.
