We are seeking an experienced Registered or Enrolled Nurse to work at our specialised purpose-built dementia-specific service at HammondCare Cardiff. This is a clinical support role that involves advising and supporting care delivery by care staff.
The successful applicant will have current AHPRA registration and ideally 2-3 years of experience in an Aged Care setting. They must be available to work NIGHT shifts mentioned above and have knowledge and experience of people living with Dementia and their needs.
