Cleanliness is a top priority at Woolworths Group, making our Cleaning & Trolley Collection Team Members essential to maintaining a pristine store environment.

About the Role

We are seeking motivated individuals for part-time and casual opportunities in our cleaning and trolley collection team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for completing specific cleaning tasks on a schedule, collecting trolleys, and supporting the store with waste processing routines. You will be fully trained to operate a variety of equipment and have access to tools that make your job easier and safer.

Responsibilities

  • Complete tasks allocated to you in the daily planner, including sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays, and team room, and emptying bins.
  • Collecting trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas.
  • Work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs.
  • Help our customers in-store by answering questions or providing directions.

What We're Looking For

We require applicants who possess physical fitness, as this role involves physically demanding tasks. The ability to comfortably handle the physical requirements of the role is crucial to ensure success and maintain a safe working environment. Additionally, we seek individuals with flexibility to work in different environments such as the shop floor, fridges, freezers, and carparks, availability to work across Monday-Sunday, and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm.
