About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator for our client in Burnie, specialising in industrial automotive design and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage moderate to complex projects with substantial R&D value, using advanced program and project management tools.
- Facilitate chartering sessions, develop and validate network diagrams, and lead integration and compression meetings.
- Coordinate program control meetings, make necessary schedule changes, and provide updates for action logs, risk registers, scope changes, work plans, and cost tracking.
- Create accurate, detailed project schedules by analysing data, resolving logic errors, and recommending solutions.
- Lead planning meetings independently and collaborate with functional teams to develop schedules and detailed activities.
- Provide analysis and recommendations to improve schedule accuracy, ensuring projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Oversee administrative planning and follow-up for program meetings, steering committees, and governance reviews.
- Mentor and train Program Coordinators and project managers while managing project reports, communications, and maintaining a program website.
