System Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our core infrastructure systems, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and authentication systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy, configure, maintain, and decommission server infrastructure (physical & virtual)
  • Maintain and improve on-prem Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and authentication systems
  • Manage hybrid cloud environments with Microsoft Azure, Intune, and Endpoint Configuration Manager
  • Provide Level 2 and 3 support, responding to server-related incidents and service requests
  • Monitor system performance and conduct patching, updates, and backups
  • Support a cybersecurity program delivering zero-trust capabilities
  • Document processes and lead knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to their technical development
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver projects and improvements
Requirements:
  • IT degree (Engineering, Science, Maths, or equivalent)
  • 3–5 years of experience in systems/infrastructure engineering roles across cloud networking and Microsoft Stack
  • Experience in systems administration for Linux and Microsoft
  • Strong experience with on-prem Active Directory and hybrid cloud environments
